This frame system has been fully engineered for forces that exceed well beyond conventional wood or other light gauge steel framing and is designed specifically for your location.
Product Line Summary:
1)Ready to Install Construction. The best way to reduce construction cost is a pre engineered, pre cut, ready to install frame system. Our building system requires little special knowledge of construction due to its panelized type of construction. No special tools are required.
2)Special Use Housing. Studies have concluded that there is not enough infrastructure or warning to evacuate most people in time from Hurricanes, Tornado’s, Earthquakes and Fires. We can meet these structural demands today with steel.
3)Light Commercial Buildings. Mini-storage, multi-level apartment buildings and office complexes. Our system is the only panelized modular frame that can be erected with as little as two individuals and without expensive lift equipment.
4)Steel Floor and Roof Trusses. Fire rated components are already required in commercial use. Soon these same requirements will be used in homes.
5)Worldwide Application. With our unique design, shipping and handling costs are reduced. We do not require a shipping container. The wall panels of the home actually make up the container itself. When the house package arrives at the job site in a neat box, un-bolt the panels and assemble the frame package. These can be temporary housing in disaster areas and for wartime conflicts.
